BREAST CANCER CAUSES AND SYMPTOMS
Breast cancer is the most common cancer of women in Pakistan. Thousands of breast cancer cases are reported every year. The peak age of the disease is between 45 and 70 years; mean age of onset is about 63 years. Breast cancer can occur even in very young women. In very rare cases, men also suffer breast cancer.

Symptoms and complaints
There are no early symptoms
In 80 percent of cases of palpable lumps in the breast or armpit
Breast Contour changes, such as recoveries of the skin, localized bulging, orange skin, retraction of the nipple
Very rarely bloody or purulent drainage of fluid from one nipple.
There are no early symptoms. If a woman herself or her gynecologist palpated a lump in the breast or armpit, if the chest pains, change their contours or the nipple secretes a purulent fluid, the signs of an existing cancer should not be ignored.
Even with the radiological screening test (mammography) or an ultrasound examination only existing tumors can be tracked.
Therapy for breast cancer
The treatment of breast cancer occurs in several steps. This is, apart from a few exceptional cases, the primary therapy surgery.
Breast cancer can spread tumor cells via the lymphatic or the bloodstream throughout the body at an early stage. It can be so very early not to a local event, but a whole body act ailment.
