Prepare 4 inch of turmeric, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon black pepper. Squeeze turmeric in water, ground black water and mix it in glass of water with turmeric and then add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to increase assimilation. Turmeric has been used for many years as a traditional medicine. Turmeric contains specific molecules such as curcumin that is a powerful antioxidant to prevent the damage which is caused by free radicals and also helps to fight the inflammation. Curcumin is also known as the slow bone demineralization. Turmeric every day can relieve joint pain specially in case of rheumatoid arthritis.
Epsom Salt:
Epsom soap is an effective home remedy to cure the pain in joints. Put some Epsom salt in hot water and bath yourself with this water. Epsom salt contains magnum sulphate which is known to have the anti arthritic and anti-inflammatory properties. The hot water bath in also helpful in increasing the blood flow in the joints.
